This past Saturday I came in looking for a brand new, 2024 Nissan Murano Midnight Edition in Black. Of all my luck, they had just received one only a few days before I came over. After my satisfaction with the quality of the car, and having test driven it elsewhere twice, I really wanted a great deal. And I got one, Lorenzo Nissan gave me a great lease offer that was perfectly fit for my current budget. I don’t think I got a better deal anywhere else but here, and everybody here was so great to work with. I highly recommend this place, and I live an hour away, but it was worth it.

My experience at the Lorenzo Nissan Ft. Lauderdale was outstanding in every way. Thanks to the internet team who me together in response to my vehicle inquiry with the Sales Rep, Emmanuel, they made me feel special and important. Ray, the Finance Manager, worked closely with me to get the best deal. Emmanuel treated me like his older sister or mother, making sure I was comfortable and taking time to show me the many features in the Nissan Murano and pairing my phone with it before I left. He even called me the next day to make sure I reached home safely and to answer any questions I might have. Even Kay, the cashier, was helpful and friendly. I give the entire team at Lorenzo Nissan Ft. Lauderdale a big thumbs up! I highly recommend them and will refer friends and family to them with no hesitation!

I was hoping for a hassle free car buying experience, and that’s exactly what I received. I got a really good price on my Murano, and financing was easy through Nissan. They brought my vehicle up from their sister dealership in Homestead and had it ready and waiting. My saleswoman Ashley was attentive and hepful, yet not pushy. From our first phone interaction, throughout the entire process. She knew the vehicle well, which shows she actually takes the time to know what she’s selling. She sat in the car for a while with me, and went over all of the features and settings to ensure I was comfortable and it was how I wanted it. Alex, Ali, Hassan and Ashley all were excellent, couldn’t have asked for better.
