In 2017, I paid off my 2012 Nissan Versa and gave it to my Mom so she would not have car payments. I always took good care of it and only used Nissan services. At one Nissan (not going to call the location out) I picked up the car with a cracked windshield (which happened while in their possession) and the service advisor brushed me off and held zero accountability. Needless to say, I never went back. A year later, the car started shaking and needed work done. I was in a panic and worrying about the cost. I knew I had to find a new Nissan and Lorenzo is right by my home. I frantically called and the nanosecond I heard Craig Servo’s voice, I knew I could trust him. Since then, he has been my service advisor and their expert technicians, Sammy and Jose, always do what needs to be done to keep my Mom’s 2012 Versa with 109k miles running like a zippy, new car. Further, I bought a 2018 Versa which I currently drive and will only bring it to Lorenzo. They actually care about their customers and treat them like family. I cannot say enough good things about them. The French vanilla coffee in their waiting room is good, too!
