I came across a couple Pathfinders online that piqued my interest (one CPO, one new), both at Lorenzo Nissan. I reached out to inquire, and Facundo got in contact with me to test drive them. I knew what I wanted, and he understood - he didn't waste my time. He took me right out to test drive and explained all the new bells and whistles (I had a Pathfinder before, but boy have they upgraded!) Facundo and his sales manager Alex worked with me to get a monthly payment within my budget and answered every question I had with patience. I walked out 2 1/2 hours later with a brand new Pathfinder, leased for less than it would have cost to finance the used one. I think that's the fastest I ever bought a car! Someone else noted it was like a boutique-like feel, and it was. I wasn't walking miles around a parking lot looking at cars. It was small, intimate, and easily accessible on US-1. They don't try to upsell you or get too pushy - as a woman, I deal with that often, and I can't stand it. I've had horrible experiences with car dealerships, and this was refreshing. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Facundo, the sales representative, listened to what I was saying, showed me cars within my price range, and did not try to oversell me. Sammy, the financial rep, what's what with me to find the best financial plan and warranty. I drove away with a fabulous car, stayed within my budget, and did not feel stressed or frustrated as often happens at car dealerships.
