Friendly staff. Been going for annual maintenance on my Leaf for 2 years. Will be going back next year?? Update: I own a 2019 Nissan leaf. In May, before Memorial weekend, my car didn’t charge the battery and alerted me to an error message. Finally was able to get it to Lorenzo Nissan in ft Lauderdale. It did take time to officially diagnose that it was the battery pack that needed to be completely replaced. The day my car was diagnosed, Terry EV specialist, advised me to reach out to Nissan headquarters and inquire about a rental. I did exactly that. Nestor, service manager at Lorenzo Nissan, went above all expectations when he went ahead and reserved me a rental car until Nissan returned my car. Nestor made the effort and commitment to communicate with me and resolve my car problem. And of course securing a rental car since up until the point of an official diagnosis, I was renting out of pocket. I am happy to say that I have my car back and hands down recommend Lorenzo Nissan ft Lauderdale. The service department is hands down the best!!
